My treatment by Dr. Rao was so very kind, patient, attentive, knowledgeable and he has a pleasant sense of humor and easy on the eyes! Although my Sleep Apnea dental appliance took a long time with scheduling and calls to insurance companies I can say this dental appliance is sleek and comfortable. I have had other dental sleep appliances for the last 12 years (they last about 5 years ) and as time passes companies create better and more comfortable appliances. Dr Rao used top of the line AI EQUIPTMENT and computerized photography to create this mouth piece. This is the FIRST TIME it needed ZERO adjustments upon trying it on. WOW! I was very impressed. I can also say, if you are still using the Sleep Apnea Machine, I urge you to TRY the oral appliance, you will LOVE IT! It is like wearing a retainer! No tubes to clean, no attachments and easy to travel with. You also do not need to keep checking in with your pulmonologist for readings. For those who are snoring and gasping for air and haven't done your sleep study, I highly recommend you do so asap and let them know you would like to see Dr Rao at Oakwood Dental of Tottenville for a necessary sleep apnea dental applianc

Absolutely excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The entire staff was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. I am so happy with the outcome of the dental work I had done. Everything was handled with care, patience, and professionalism. It’s rare to find an office where everyone works together so beautifully and makes you feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit. I truly had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care and an amazing team.

I had a great experience with Dr.Rao. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed. Dr.Rao was attentive, explained every step clearly and ensured I felt ease through the procedure. What an amazing facility and staff they have here at ODT. I went in for a cleaning with Dominique and she was absolutely wonderful. If you or you know someones who’s not a big fan of the dentist her calm friendly and sweet attitude will make you feel really comfortable even when I’m cringing inside at the thought of those machines going off… I got the zoom teeth whitening done last night and am extremely happy with the results… Dominique is the best dental hygienist and look forward to getting veneers put on in 2 weeks to complete my smile

I was very happy to become a patient here. Impressed with the cleanliness of the entire place. I’d be delighted to have any of the staff as my neighbors. Seemed like happy people. Hygienist Ann Marie was a sweetheart if I may say so. Did an excellent cleaning and treated me like we knew each other. Very comforting.
